Hey, friend.
I know it's tempting to wait. To wait until Monday or the first of the month or next year.
But why wait? Those are precious minutes, day, weeks that you could be moving closer to your goals.
Are you gaining anything by not starting right now, today? I don't think so. If anything, you're setting yourself up to make more excuses.
There will always be something.... holidays, vacations, stressful times. Our biggest goal should be discipline during those periods. Will we be perfect? Probably not. But those habits you form now make surviving those times easier.
Those goals and dreams won't make themselves a reality. Only you can do that.
